How to Buy Norstone Natural Stone
Ordering is simple. Follow these four steps and we’ll handle everything from quote to your door.

Fill out our Get a Quote form with specific information: desired product, colour, quantity in square metres (or give us your dimensions), your suburb and postcode for a freight estimate. Tell us about your project — whether it’s a fireplace, exterior cladding, or pool feature. Also let us know if you need Norstone interlocking finger-joint corners.
Receive Your Quote
After receiving your enquiry we will contact you directly with a detailed quote email covering: pricing, product knowledge, installation procedures, and how to order samples from our website. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, please contact us directly on 1300 293 226.
Place Your Order
We can direct you to your local retailer, or where no local retailer exists we can ship to you directly. Simply reply to our quote email confirming your order in writing. We will then email you an invoice which can be paid online via Credit Card or EFT bank transfer.
Delivery
Once payment is received we will dispatch your order from our Brisbane warehouse straight to your site address. We deliver Australia wide. Lead times for stocked products are typically 3–7 business days depending on location. Custom or special order products require 12–30 weeks.

Order a physical sample (150×150mm) from our sample shop for $15 per sample, delivered by Australia Post within 3–5 business days. Seeing the real stone in your space is the best way to confirm your colour choice before ordering.
